This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Bonusfathom responds to claims of copyright infringement and outlines the procedures for submitting and responding to such claims.
1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our services infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your DMCA Notice must include all of the following elements as required under applicable copyright law:

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA Notices must be submitted to our designated copyright agent using the contact information below. Notices submitted through other channels may not receive a timely response.

3. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, Bonusfathom will act expeditiously to:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted or uploaded the content that it has been removed or disabled.
- Document the action taken and retain records as appropriate.
We reserve the right to disregard notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements set out in this policy.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent.
4.1 Processing of Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Bonusfathom will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not notify us within fourteen (14) business days that they have filed a court action seeking an order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Bonusfathom maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringement and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent termination, without prior notice.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA Notice or counter-notification containing materially false, misleading, or fraudulent information may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability. Before submitting any notice or counter-notification, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional to confirm the accuracy and validity of your claims.
7. Good Faith Consideration
Bonusfathom will evaluate all DMCA Notices and counter-notifications in good faith. We will not take action against content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is clearly protected by fair use or other applicable exceptions to copyright protection.
8. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy to our website. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
